Eligibility for Refund:
- You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items on clearance or final sale
- Customized or personalized items
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
